Delivery & Returns
All the art work on this website is original and unique. Each work is accompanied by a artist's signed Certificate of Authenticity. There are no copies, prints or postcards of your selected art work. You are buying a one-off work of art which you will never see elsewhere.
HJArt uses a professional framer or purchases bespoke frames for all her framed artwork. Unframed work is carefully mounted and covered with cellophane ready for your own frame or framer. Some paintings may be unframed box canvasses.
Sizes given in descriptions are measured as accurately as possible (mm) but may not be exact. Likewise, it is impossible to depict exact colours in photographs of art work but colours are not manipulated by photo-editing. This website may use cropped images on Gallery photos so it is important to expand the view to see the painting in full.
Delivery

Delivery within the UK is free and orders are usually dispatched within two working days. A courier service is used for delivery of framed work but unframed items may be sent by Royal Mail. I will provide you with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your order. Most parcels will be delivered without the need for a signature if you specify a safe place to leave the parcel. I will need a telephone number (preferably mobile) and an email address so our courier can contact you with details of your delivery. I personally track all orders.

Returns
Your right to change your mind
HJArt complies with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000). This gives you the right to return your purchase within a cooling off period of seven days. This period commences from the time you receive your purchase and its associated paperwork, and is subject to the conditions of return (below).
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The item should be returned in its original packaging with a completed return slip. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
